Admission to CEI
If you are interested in CEI, please contact Carol Prevatte at 770-962-3908. You can schedule a tour of the facilities and learn about the process of applying for admission through the available referral sources.
Medicaid Waiver Program
We are accepting individuals under the New Options Waiver (NOW) and Comprehensive Supports Waiver (COMP) programs. We offer both Community Access and Prevocational services (formerly known as Day Support and Day Habilitation). Georgia's Medicaid waiver program is administered by the Georgia DHR Division of MHDDAD. Please click here for information on accessing services through MHDDAD.
DOL Vocational Rehabilitation
We are accepting referrals for individuals through the Georgia DOL Department of Rehabilitation Services. Available services include work evaluation, work adjustment training, personal and social adjustment training, placement, and job coaching. We also provide comprehensive and limited vocational evaluations through our business partner WorkRedi. Please click here to find the nearest Rehabilitation Services office.
Private Pay
Individuals with their own funding source, whether personal or through an agency, are invited to contact us for information about available services.
